However, the information we often collect includes your identity and contact details (such as your name, address, email address, phone number), your history of visits or interactions with us, your Arrow Avenue Hair account details, your hair style or other beauty related information that is useful to assist in giving you the best service each time you visit us, as well as details of any enquiries or complaints that you make.

We take online security seriously, as such we have implemented encryption using at least a 128 bit SSL encryption to secure our website and your interactions with it.
We collect, but do not store your details on our databases or servers. However, we do maintain records of your interactions with our salon, website and social media pages. As mentioned above, we adopt practices which seek to prevent unauthorized access to such records.
