I absolutely love Arrow Avenue Hair its my go to place every week for a wash blow dry. Not only that, the best colour... stylist they have there Cat. She is amazing with everything she does colour cut style you name it. Im a blonde so have been many blondes she fixed up my hair looking healthier as ever using highly great products and organic too. She is awesome for balayage as well which I am too she is perfect with it great with blondes. Gold Star for me. I trust her with anything she does on my hair. Even with hair styles of special days I'm always there the types of curls I've had many style looks. Always looking fabulous and glamorous.I highly 100% +++ recommend this salon to anyone. Very disappointed with my visit here this week. The colour was incorrect, the roots did not look coloured at all and... the staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. At one point I sat with wet hair whilst the staff were in the back room chatting and socialising, oblivious to me sat in the store on my own. The communication limited and when the hairdresser did ask me questions she was bored and uninterested with any response. I have wasted my money here as the colour needs fixing and redoing. Disappointed is an understatement.read more
