Sadly I had the most horrendous hair cut here, I literally left the salon in tears and couldnโt believe what she had done to my hair! Tegan you need to work on customer service skills and try to smile and make the customer feel they are welcomed and listened to!

Started having my hair done at Arrow because of a very disappointing experience from my usual hairdresser and have never looked back. Now all my family and extended family have switched to Arrow , always happy with the results and definitely recommend this salon to anyone whoโs looking for consistancy and someone who hears what you want

Had my haircut at Arrow this week for the first time. They had their work cut out for them as my hair had previously been horrendously cut (accidentally by an inexperienced stylist elsewhere) so it needed a fair amount of correction. All three team members consulted with me despite bouncing between other clients and all were very friendly and welcoming. The salon was clean and used some of my favourite products. I had my foils quoted while there and will definitely return for them. Overall lovely first experience.

I absolutely love Arrow Avenue Hair its my go to place every week for a wash blow dry. Not only that, the best colour stylist they have there Cat. She is amazing with everything she does colour cut style you name it. Im a blonde so have been many blondes she fixed up my hair looking healthier as ever using highly great products and organic too. She is awesome for balayage as well which I am too she is perfect with it great with blondes. Gold Star for me. I trust her with anything she does on my hair. Even with hair styles of special days I'm always there the types of curls I've had many style looks. Always looking fabulous and glamorous.I highly 100% +++ recommend this salon to anyone. Best hair colour stylist In Wollongong.Go check them out I promise you will walk out looking like a Queen every single time.

Very disappointed with my visit here this week. The colour was incorrect, the roots did not look coloured at all and the staff didnโt seem to care about customer service. At one point I sat with wet hair whilst the staff were in the back room chatting and socialising, oblivious to me sat in the store on my own. The communication limited and when the hairdresser did ask me questions she was bored and uninterested with any response. I have wasted my money here as the colour needs fixing and redoing. Disappointed is an understatement.
